The Flexible Benefit Platform gives you the freedom to set aside pre-tax salary funds to put towards non-cash benefits and lower your taxable income.
All employees are eligible to opt-in starting their first day of employment.
You can exchange your pre-tax funds on benefits such as restaurant gift cards, childcare vouchers, and public transport passes. Please be aware that there is a personal limit for each benefit type and you may not set aside more than 30% of your gross salary.
