Pension Plan
Being ready for retirement is an important part of financial wellness. The company provides a Pension Plan to help you prepare for your future needs, through Generali Spain.
On your first day of employment, you are eligible for this benefit and are automatically enrolled. Contributions will begin on the first day of the month after your hire date.
The company contributes an amount equal to 1% of your annual gross salary into your pension account. You do not need to contribute to your pension in order to receive the company contribution. The option to make additional contributions from your salary via payroll is not currently available.
